Your Zmags Account Executive clearly documents your company's needs and goals to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to your ongoing success using Creator by Zmags.

Your Customer Success Manager works with you during the onboarding phase to complete product set-up and integrations and train your end users to use the Creator platform effectively. They ensure you have everything you need to launch compelling customer experiences as quickly as possible.

Your Account Manager ensures your success by managing your onboarding process and continued success with Zmags. As your main point of contact and champion at Zmags, your Account Manager continually maps your needs to the right tools, use cases, trainings, best practices and internal resources.
