  • Manager / Sr. Manager Marketing Operations

    Zmags is seeking a systems-oriented, data-driven marketing superstar for our marketing team. You are ideal for this role if you eat / live / breathe marketing lead gen, marketing metrics and are a Salesforce, Marketo and LinkedIn monster. If you are obsessed with marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and think flowcharts are fun and fascinating – then we might be exactly what you’re looking for.

    You will own and operate all marketing tools and infrastructure from which you will own, execute and manage lead generation and pipeline creation activities. You will refine and advance our strategy for measuring the impact we have in lead generation and pipeline creation, including developing KPIs and the dashboards and processes required to track our progress. And — beyond managing tools and processes, you are someone who thinks imaginatively and can bring us new ideas that can elevate our lead gen programs to an even higher level.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead Gen, Marketing Operations and Analytics:
    - Execute and then manage detailed tracking of lead gen marketing programs across various channels (email, webinars, conferences, LinkedIn, social, etc.)
    - Build reports and dashboards to aid in analyzing marketing performance by campaign, channel, asset, etc.
    - Analyze data and translate analysis into successful actions to further optimize programs.
    - Provide oversight in the technical planning and implementation of lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring programs. Then execute against those objectives.
    - Continuously optimize email templates, landing pages, and forms.

    Marketing Operations and Administration:
    - Create and manage all Marketo templates, assets, libraries, smart lists, flows, forms, and reports.
    - Create and manage webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails in GoToWebinar, and ensure proper integration with Marketo.
    - Own Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Implement tools and procedures to improve hygiene and quality of data captured on forms and from uploaded lists.
    - Enable field-based segmentation of the database for targeted list creation.
    - Partner with sales operations to optimize Marketo-Salesforce integration, lead management, and lead routing.
    - Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo and be the system super-user, driving improvements and best practices.

    Desired Skills and Experience:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
    - 3 years of experience working within a marketing function
    - 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com as a marketing or admin user; demonstrated understanding of CRM concepts such as lead management and lead routing
    - 2+ years of hands-on experience using Marketo as an admin user, including proficiency in Revenue Cycle Analytics and Forms 2.0. Successful track record of creating, executing, and measuring campaigns within Marketo, including database management, smart-list development, setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
    - Demonstrated proficiency in creating webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails, and integrating with larger campaign flow in Marketo and website. Experience using GoToWebinar, WebEx (or any major webinar platform) to plan and produce webinars is required.
    - Capable of working alone and in a cross-functional team
    - Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a must; Marketo certification is a strong plus

  • Business Development Representative

    The Zmags Business Development Representative is passionate about selling. They invest their time and effort each day building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers. The Business Development Representative creates and identifies sales opportunities for Zmags. In the role, you will be responsible for generating new business through focused and rigorous outbound calling, screening of inbound leads, email prospecting and ultimately creating new business opportunities and increasing the company’s pipeline. This position offers extensive sales training and opportunity for growth within our sales organization.

    Responsibilities:
    - Generate new business through prospecting efforts; 80-100+ outbound calls/emails per day
    - Obtain additional prospect company information via websites and other methods
    - Conduct thorough discovery, qualify need and establish next steps
    - Keep up to date on Zmags SaaS product offerings
    - Entering / maintaining accurate information in Salesforce CRM
    - Locate and build out accounts that are in Zmags target market through use of various sources
    - Must have unquestionably high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a stable, growing organization.
    - Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced, results oriented, team environment.

    Qualified candidates for this position have:
    - 1 to 3 years of sales/business development experience, Software As A Service experience a huge plus and preferred
    - Experience selling into marketing and ecommerce teams a plus
    - Exceptionally strong work ethic, self-motivated, metric-oriented, curious and driven with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong organizational and follow-up skills in order to run multiple opportunities in the sales cycle (8-12 weeks)
    - Must have a positive attitude, be confident, and desire to be the best
    - Experience with MS Office products and Salesforce.com a definite plus
    - BA/BS degree strongly preferred

We deliver online platforms used by our customers to publish rich online media content that drive their marketing and sales campaigns.

    UX SPECIALIST
    For our Copenhagen office, we are looking for a UX Specialist who will be working as part of the Product Management team and collaborate closely with the Engineering team consisting of Development, QA and Operations. You will be reporting to the VP Product Management.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    - You will develop & nurture our UX vision in collaboration with the Product Management team and members of the Engineering team.
    - You will play a key role in driving the conceptualization phase for product improvement and feature additions that is conducted in small ad hoc teams of 3-4 people. You will act as the user-advocate in the process.
    - You express your ideas clearly in both words and wireframes. When needed, you also deliver design assets to the development team.
    - You will practice modern techniques for gathering customer-based data on UX interactions and conduct usability tests with end-users. You also take part in further developing our understanding and descriptions of our user personas.
    - You manage and divide your time efficiently between focusing on your key assignments and at the same time make yourself available for sparring. You always give candid and precise feedback.
    - You will cover both our existing Publicator platform and our new, cutting edge Creator platform. You will continuously review the platforms and generate ideas for how to improve the UX for both.

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    - Minimum 5 years’ experience in UX related positions including development of UX visions and UX principles.
    - Experience with business critical enterprise web application UI development from an Agile SaaS environment is preferred.
    - Prior work experience from advertising, marketing or online retail is preferred.
    - Documented in depth experience with usability testing and end-user inclusion.
    - Demonstrated in depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards. Use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations.
    - Strong conceptualization ability and strong visual communication ability.
    - Hands-on prior experience with front-end development and desktop design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
    - Understanding of common software project management and development practices.
    - A master’s degree in digital design or another related design field is preferred.
