  • Business Development Manager

    The Zmags Business Development Manager is passionate about selling. They invest their time and effort each day building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers, and know how to manage their business. The Business Development Manager creates, identifies, manages and then closes sales for Zmags. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time – and ensure the pipeline remains healthy over a sustained period.

    Responsibilities:
    - Achieve/exceed sales goals through the direct sale of Zmags existing and new products and services to prospective customers within their specific geographic territory.
    - Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities through cold-call prospecting, networking, trade shows, and lead follow up.
    - Conduct thorough discovery, qualify need and strategically prove the value of Zmags solutions to address those needs.
    - Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
    - Actively own and maintain a sales pipeline in accordance with Zmags business process and philosophies.
    - Must have unquestionably high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a stable, growing organization.
    - Work with marketing and sales management to document and report back on customer success using the Zmags platform.
    - Comfortable talking to all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.
    - Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced, results oriented, team environment.

    Qualified candidates for this position have:
    - A proven hunter and closer with outstanding customer referrals and exceptional skills in prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing business
    - 3 – 5 years of Sales experience, Software As A Service experience a huge plus and preferred
    - Experience selling into marketing and ecommerce teams at all levels of seniority: users/buyers/senior leadership
    - Confident presenter with experience running both face to face meetings and web conferences
    - Exceptionally strong work ethic, self-motivated, metric-oriented, curious and driven with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong organizational and follow-up skills in order to run multiple opportunities in a tight sales cycle (60-90 days).
    - Must have a positive attitude, be confident, and desire to be the best.
    - Experience with MS Office products and Salesforce.com a definite plus.
    - BA/BS or equivalent

  • UX Designer

    Zmags is looking for a talented UX designer to join our ambitious product and engineering team in Copenhagen

    At Zmags we build online software tools for marketing professionals which enable them to easily create and publish rich, commerce enabled web experiences for their websites. We are targeting a global market with a variety of online tools to help our customers create successful online campaigns, engaging product experiences, landing pages and online catalogues. We are working primarily with and targeting large retail brands to make engaging shopping experiences.

    Recently we went to market with an extensive cutting edge online platform we call Creator. The Creator platform makes it easy for our customers (web content merchandisers) to create sophisticated, interactive, web based experiences, connect them to their existing digital platforms and deploy them in minutes to achieve an instant impact on their website and their end users - all without our users writing a single line of code.

    With Creator, and our products in general, we focus on making it easy for our customers to achieve results. Our tools are powerful but at the same time extremely easy to use. Our ease of use approach is critical for our success and we are now searching for a talented UX designer to strengthen our focus on the end user experience further and help us make the right choices for future enhancements to our products.

    We are looking for an ambitious and talented UX designer with the ability and desire to:

    - Play an active role in creative product development, conceptualization and prototyping.
    - Engage with users (great retail brands!) and analyse feedback and statistics to give recommendations for product enhancements.
    - Work closely with both our Copenhagen engineering team and our global product team.
    - Drive the UX vision for our products and strengthen our product development by increasing focus on creative idea generation and end user experience.
    - Create material for engineers such as wireframes, mockups and simple prototypes to ease implementation and explain concepts.
    - Be a team player and interact with many different projects simultaneously.

    We expect that you have:

    - Several years of professional experience with UX design.
    - A strong educational background in UX design, digital design or similar.
    - Good experience with creating solutions for SaaS products.
    - Experience with working in an agile environment.
    - In depth experience with usability testing and end-user inclusion.
    - A broad knowledge on UX processes and tools that you can apply to enhance the UX focus.
    - Experience with the MVP approach.
    - Experience with design tools (ie Adobe suite).
    - Excellent english communication skills.
    - Experience with ecommerce, retail brands, content management technologies a plus

    The Zmags Business Development Representative is passionate about selling. They invest their time and effort each day building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers. The Business Development Representative creates and identifies sales opportunities for Zmags. In the role, you will be responsible for generating new business through focused and rigorous outbound calling, screening of inbound leads, email prospecting and ultimately creating new business opportunities and increasing the company’s pipeline. This position offers extensive sales training and opportunity for growth within our sales organization.

    Responsibilities:
    - Generate new business through prospecting efforts; 80-100+ outbound calls/emails per day
    - Obtain additional prospect company information via websites and other methods
    - Conduct thorough discovery, qualify need and establish next steps
    - Keep up to date on Zmags SaaS product offerings
    - Entering / maintaining accurate information in Salesforce CRM
    - Locate and build out accounts that are in Zmags target market through use of various sources
    - Must have unquestionably high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a stable, growing organization.
    - Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced, results oriented, team environment.

    Qualified candidates for this position have:
    - 1 to 3 years of sales/business development experience, Software As A Service experience a huge plus and preferred
    - Experience selling into marketing and ecommerce teams a plus
    - Exceptionally strong work ethic, self-motivated, metric-oriented, curious and driven with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong organizational and follow-up skills in order to run multiple opportunities in the sales cycle (8-12 weeks)
    - Must have a positive attitude, be confident, and desire to be the best
    - Experience with MS Office products and Salesforce.com a definite plus
    - BA/BS degree strongly preferred

    Compensation: Base plus commission. Full benefits are included.
